PRODUCT
INFORMATION
Get Hungry Stay Hungry, LLC, attempts to have the displayed
items and products in stock, but occasionally it may be a special order item,
or we may be out of stock, back ordered, pre-ordered, or the item may be
discontinued. Satisfaction of our website visitors and customers is our
biggest priority, and we will make every attempt to communicate information
indicating if items are not available for immediate delivery. In addition, for
those particular items in question, we will attempt to post expected dates of
availability.
PRICING &
SHIPPING
All prices are displayed in U.S. Currency. We ship to all
50 US States as well as Canada. Rates for Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada are higher and delivery options are limited. Please see
shipping
rate tables and options for these specific areas. We use the United
States Postal Service for shipping services. All orders are calculated and
shipped via USPS Ground unless another shipping method is preferred. You can
make shipping option decisions at the time of checkout. Ground delivery
typically takes between 3-7 business days and does NOT include order processing
time. Business days include Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. holidays. We will always attempt to ship your ordered items together, but under some
circumstances you may receive multiple shipments to complete the same order.
Our best efforts will be made to notify you should this situation occur. Your
credit card will be charged accordingly if and as multiple shipments are made.
Prices are subject to change without notice, and, items for delivery in the State
of Nebraska are subject to sales tax.

may be substituted as deemed necessary for shipping an order and it may happen
without notice, although you will receive an e-mail confirmation informing you
of the change.
ORDER,
PROCESSING & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
After your purchase has been completed, and your credit card
and shipping address have been verified, you will receive an order
confirmation. At that time we will begin to process your order. It typically takes
between 2-3 days for your order to be processed. You will receive e-mail
notifications of the status of your order as it goes from processing through
shipping. In a case that you will receive multiple shipments, you will receive
multiple confirmations for those shipments. We are not liable for delays in
shipping as shipping schedules are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We
are also not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by acts of
nature, employee/employer disputes of suppliers or shipping/delivery services,
or other unusual circumstances that are out of our control. Just like you, our
customer, we like everything to be processed and delivered in a trouble-free
and satisfactory fashion.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Through PayPal, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, and Discover credit cards. If we are unable to process your order,
please check to be sure you entered your personal information, credit card
numbers, dates, and billing address information correctly and EXACTLY as it
appears on your billing statement. Our Payment Options Policy may change in
the future, but this is our policy at this time. We apologize to our Get
Hungry Stay Hungry customers for any inconvenience this may cause.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please exchange
it within thirty (30) days of receiving the item(s). We do exchanges only, no
refunds. If an exchange is to be requested, you must contact our customer
service department at customerservice@gethungrystayhungry.com
within fifteen (15) days of receiving the items(s). Any or all items being
returned for exchange must be in as new condition and must be accompanied by
the packing slip, printed receipt, and in the original packing (if possible).
A copy of the original packing slip and printed receipt are acceptable if you
wish to keep the originals paperwork for your personal records.
COLORS
Due to the difference in computer monitors, the colors of
our products may vary slightly from what you see on the website to the actual
items you purchase and take possession of. We do apologize for any
inconvenience this may cause, but we do our best to display our items in the
colors they appear in real life. Again, different computer monitors can and do
display colors differently.
