Information regarding the use of the

GET HUNGRY - STAY HUNGRY Forums.

Welcome to the Get Hungry - Stay Hungry Forums.  A shinning pearl (named after my grandma Pearl) and a GREAT place for you to be today (or any day as far as that goes).  Unfortunately / fortunately, like any community, there needs to be some "guidelines" so that everyone can enjoy themselves here and continue to grow and Get Hungry and Stay Hungry together.  So let's get this "stuff" out of the way.  Ever notice you have to talk about the "bad stuff" so that you can talk about and enjoy the GOOD stuff - why is that anyway?

First and foremost, this is YOUR forum.  Use it as a tool to help yourself and help others move forward in a positive direction.  The key word here is POSITIVE.  Please remember that it's very easy to offend someone.  Even though it may happen by accident, regardless, their perception IS their reality and sometimes meanings get lost in the communication - even in the same language.  Imagine having people from different cultures and languages all trying to communicate in English here.  This is NOT a place to disrespect or emotionally or verbally abuse someone.  There are thousands of other forums you can go visit for that purpose.  If that's your thing - hit the road - there's no place for you here.  You don't agree with someone, they don't agree with you, respectfully agree to disagree and keep going.

It's not our job and we're not interested in being the "FORUM COPS", and we DO NOT have time to babysit the forums.  Sorry.  We expect this community to monitor itself.  It's widely known and understood that you can't make everyone happy all of the time, but come on, just be understanding and civil is all we ask for.  Again, we expect this community to monitor itself.  Enough said.

Also, these forums are not a place for classified ads, nor are they billboards for your business.  Keep the forum conversations in their perspective "categories" and "themes".  We EXPECT and look forward to outgrowing and expanding these categories and themes and we'll be happy to add more as needed.  If there is a demand for it, most likely it will mysteriously appear.

This is a gathering place for people who want to Get Hungry and Stay Hungry.  It's a place to help yourself and help others.  It's a place to come home to and to have an uplifting or even relaxing conversation and a positive experience.

If you CAN'T live with these rules, or you have a problem remembering your manners, see you later and have a great day.  That will be the fastest way for you to get banned from the GHSH forums.
